A Hong Kong house of timber, since 2019.
From a single workshop to a global export operation, our purpose has never changed: to make solid-wood furniture worth keeping.
Hong Kong · Est. 2019
Founded on a simple conviction.
Wang Lik Wooden Development Limited was founded in 2019 in Hong Kong — a city built on trade — with one conviction: that furniture made from honest, solid timber will always outlast furniture made from shortcuts.
What began as a workshop devoted to traditional joinery has grown into an integrated manufacturer and exporter. We design, source, build, finish and ship — keeping the whole process under one roof so that quality is never something we have to take on trust.
Today our pieces travel from Kowloon Bay to retailers, distributors and contract projects across the world, each carrying the same restraint and the same respect for the material.
Three principles, applied to every piece.
Honest material
Solid hardwood, kiln-dried and graded by hand. We let the grain lead the design rather than conceal it beneath veneer or paint.
Enduring craft
Mortise-and-tenon, dovetail and dowelled joints, finished by hand. We build for decades of use, not for a single season of fashion.
Responsible reach
Considered sourcing, careful packing and dependable logistics — so a piece arrives anywhere in the world exactly as it left the workshop.
The road from workshop to world.
Founded in Hong Kong
Wang Lik Wooden Development Limited is established, dedicated to solid-wood furniture built with traditional joinery.
Export operations begin
The first international shipments leave Hong Kong, as overseas retailers adopt our collections.
OEM & ODM partnerships
We expand into bespoke production, building to the designs and specifications of partner brands and contract projects.
A global trade partner
Wang Lik serves distributors, retailers and hospitality groups across more than thirty markets worldwide.
From log to lacquer
One roof, from log to lacquer.
Sawing, joinery, sanding, finishing and packing happen in sequence within our own facility — so every stage answers to the same standard.
Keeping production integrated lets us hold tolerances tight, respond quickly to bespoke requirements, and stand behind every piece that carries our name.
